New Standards: Relevant Policies, Documents and Applications
The following policies, documents and applications are based on the new Standards of Accreditation, effective October 1, 2019. Applications are available for download for your reference. Programs are required to complete these applications in an online format in the accreditation management system (AMS) implemented by ACGC. Report of Current Status – please note that this is the 2021 Report of Current Status (RCS) form and is subject to change for 2022. Also, this form is for fully accredited programs.
Note: The RCS form is slightly different and shorter for programs that have the Accredited, New Program status. Also, programs complete only an abbreviated RCS form during the year that they are undergoing reaccreditation. To obtain these RCS forms, please contact Dominique Clayton at firstname.lastname@example.org.
